Here we have an early stage part built Southern Railway Schools class 4-4-0 to the LBSC 'Rodean' design. There's not much to say about a loco at this early stage of build that the photos can't tell you. The surface rust is exactly that, it should all bead blast or brush off fairly well and the whole thing could be tidied up nicely without too much of a nightmare.
